What currency is this in?

It’s in US Dollars.

Can you sign my order?

Unless specifically stated, these products are manufactured and sent from a drop-shipping company based in the United States, so it actually doesn’t pass through my hands as my arms are not long enough.

My goods were damaged during shipping!

Oh no! Please email me (gregor@loadingartist.com) a photo and description of what happened within 2 weeks of receiving the product and I’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

My package was lost in the mail!

Also oh no! If you never received your goods please email me (gregor@loadingartist.com) within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date and I’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

I’ve changed my mind/want a different size!

Unfortunately there isn’t a return system in place for most of these products as they are created/printed for each customer as the order comes in. There is more flexibility for the products that are fulfilled by me personally but you would first have to ship your unwanted product back to me at your own expense before I send you the new product. But anyway, email me (gregor@loadingartist.com) and we’ll figure something out.

Which countries do you not ship to?

Currently we don’t ship to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. Sorry!

I’m planning to expand the store with more stuff, and you’re welcome to email me (gregor@loadingartist.com) with your suggestions! Bear in mind some comics may be tricky to fit on a print nicely which may be a reason as to why I haven’t done it yet.
